As you know I'm a mum and I adore making cakes. This was one of my Mother’s favourite cakes (until I made the Violet Cup Cakes). As a cup cake recipe everyone adored the cinnamon frosting and the burst of chocolate sauce when they bit into the cake. So inspired by that I've created this recipe.
This is a base recipe for Cheesecake Shake. It came about after I made some cheesecake ice cream and it got eaten too fast. The Kool Kup kids decided we needed a drink version and I have to agree it’s great! You can use 1883 Fruit Puree or sauce. In truth, we've used a variety of toppings and even caramel sauce with white chocolate blossom and not found one we didn't like. We do however feel we need to keep checking!
This was created for our Kool Kup mum who has a sweet tooth it seems! Perfect for creating something very special and memorable. I made violet cupcakes to go with 'Sweet Violet' so it's possible I'm the favourite now!
