The Kool Kup base mix has been designed to thicken cold drinks and is ideal for making high quality frappes, chillattes and milkshakes.

This gluten free, vegetarian, unflavoured mix is very versatile and has no artificial additives, colours, preservative or flavours, keeping your body additive free! It adds a wonderful thick texture to drinks, stabilises ingredients and is perfect for creating a range of exciting and delicious drinks, all from one single bag.

The base mix comes in a 1kg foil bag (with a scoop) and because of its adaptability; one bag does the job of many! The need for cafes to stock multiple tubs of different cold drink mixes is no longer required and all they need on their shelves now is a bag of Kool Kup. It also reduces the investment costs and makes predicting the popular drink of the season far less of an issue. For stockists it’s exactly the same story. It simplifies everything without compromising on quality or choice.

Kool Kup works in harmony with our toppings range as well as with 1883 syrups, sauces and Creation FRUIT purees. Other brands of syrups, sauces and smoothies can be used, although you may need to adjust for taste. You can use espresso and freshly brewed tea to make the best frappes. The idea of Kool Kup is that you can create a huge variety of milky cold drinks from just one pack!
