Recipe

Add a serving cup of ice to a blender and blend for 10 seconds.

Add more milk and a whole scoop of Kool Kup.

Add 2 pumps 1883 Cinnamon and 2 pumps 1883 Spicy syrup.

Approx 30ml (1oz) of milk (adjust to suit) per 8 to 10 fl.oz drink.

This is approximate because different blenders, ice types and even weather can adjust the results. Basically if it won’t come out the jug you need more liquid!

20g (1 clip scoop or half standard scoop) of Kool Kup.

For non-ice blended drinks you will need a full 40g scoop (bag scoop or 2 clip scoops) per 8 to 10oz drink volume.

Blend until ice is smooth and serve.

Serving Suggestion: Garnish with whipped cream and Kool Kup Toppings Cinnamon powder.

Suggestion: Why not flavour the whipped cream with 1883 syrup?
