As you know I'm a mum and I adore making cakes. This was one of my Mother’s favourite cakes (until I made the Violet Cup Cakes). As a cup cake recipe everyone adored the cinnamon frosting and the burst of chocolate sauce when they bit into the cake. So inspired by that I've created this recipe.
This is a base recipe for Cheesecake Shake. It came about after I made some cheesecake ice cream and it got eaten too fast. The Kool Kup kids decided we needed a drink version and I have to agree it’s great! You can use 1883 Fruit Puree or sauce. In truth, we've used a variety of toppings and even caramel sauce with white chocolate blossom and not found one we didn't like. We do however feel we need to keep checking!
