This is a base recipe for Cheesecake Shake. It came about after I made some cheesecake ice cream and it got eaten too fast. The Kool Kup kids decided we needed a drink version and I have to agree it’s great! You can use 1883 Fruit Puree or sauce. In truth, we've used a variety of toppings and even caramel sauce with white chocolate blossom and not found one we didn't like. We do however feel we need to keep checking!
Yet another amazing recipe from Goodbrews of Gateshead in Newcastle. This one really is spaced out; it’s like a true mocktail! Goodbrews say “If you are making different sized drinks, you simply use equal volumes of the syrups and hold a bit of the Blue Curacao back to pour over.” This final addition gives an astronauts view of earth from space, hence the name. The Kool Kup kids give this one a full thumbs up.
