Add 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 syrup or 1 pump (30ml) of 1883 sauce to a blender.
1 shot (2oz or 60ml) chilled espresso per 8 to 10 fl.oz drink.
Options; use 2 shots for a stronger drink or if you don’t have espresso to hand simply add 2 pumps (16ml) of 1883 Coffee Syrup per 8 to 10 fl.oz drink.
Approx 30ml (1oz) of milk or water (adjust to suit) per 8 to 10 fl.oz drink.
20g (1 clip scoop or half standard scoop) of Kool Kup® per 8 to 10 fl.oz drink.
Add up to 20g more for a thicker drink.
Blend, mix or shake until ice is smooth and Kool Kup® is dissolved.
Pour in glass over ice.
